Guides

ISHARE is proud to present three highly accomplished mountain guides who will lead the expedition.

Anne-Aylin Sigg, MD

Lead Guide

Dr. Sigg, based in Zurich, Switzerland, is certified by the International Federation of Mountain Guides (IFMGA). She currently serves as co-president of the Swiss Society of Mountain Medicine and has a particular love of ice climbing, although skiing and rock climbing run a close second. In addition to being our lead guide, Dr. Sigg is an internist, intensive care physician and high-altitude researcher. She is a lead investigator on the ISHARE microcirculation study.
